The problem is the expiration of your browser's certificate license that allows it to verify, during a secure Web connection, that the Web site you are connected to is "secure".

Your connection is still secure, you will just receive a warning.

Netscape users:

Many Netscape browser certificates expired on January 1, 2000 .

If you attempt to connect to a secure site with an expired certificate you will be presented with a pop-up box reminding you that it has expired. It is then your choice to continue the transaction or cancel it. If you choose to continue, your connection will still be secure and should proceed normally. The problem, however, is that the pop-up box will confront you every time you attempt a secure connection.

If you have a Netscape browser version older than 4.06 (released in August, 1998)
